In unserem Seminar untersuchen wir die unterschiedlichen Dimensionen des politischen Totenkults in Osteuropa, insbesondere die Rollen von Opfer- bzw. Heldennarrativen im Kontext der politischen Ideologien, der Entwicklung von nationalen Identitäten und kulturellen und gesellschaftlichen Erinnerungspraktiken.
