Bioinformatic analysis of loci under selection

Beschreibung: This bioinformatic block course (2 days) of the graduate school “EvoRest: Evolutionary Genomics of Biodiverse Reproductive Systems” primarily for the PhD students of the GRK but open for all GGNB students.

We plan a hands-on bioinformatics course on tools for analysis of loci under selection using genomic data, e.g., dN/dS ratios. Participants should have a basic bioinformatic background with the bioinformatic analysis of genes and with the use of the GWDG cluster.
