This course provides insights into interpersonal interactions, helping participants recognize hidden dynamics, build self-confidence, and manage difficult conversations in academic or professional settings. They learn to identify subtle behavioral patterns, establish boundaries, and give constructive feedback. By developing individual action principles, participants promote respectful communication, enhancing teamwork and productivity. This workshop is offered within the framework of the InDiGU-PLUS project and part of the certificate International - IndIGU Plus. Note: It is possible to earn 4 ECTS in the area of key competencies, which can be registered in FlexNow starting from the summer semester 2025.
