* Schwerpunktbereichsveranstaltung (§ 4a Abs. 1 S. 2) im Schwerpunktbereich 3 - Zivilrecht und Zivilrechtspflege
* Pflichtfachveranstaltung i.S.d. § 4 Abs. 1 Nr.1 f NJAG (Schlüsselqualifikationen)

Wahlpflichtmodul bzw. Wahlmodul für Bachelor- / Masterstudiengänge nach Modulkatalog des entsprechenden Studienganges

Eine Anmeldung über das Online-Anmeldesystem FlexNow ist erforderlich, sowie eine Anmeldung über StudIP. Diese Veranstaltung ist teilnahmebeschränkt. Bei Überbuchung findet jeweils am Mittwoch um 12.00 Uhr der letzten vorlesungsfreien Woche ein Losverfahren statt.
