Trainer: The workshop is given by Dr. Harald Roth, [ROTH Coaching][1], Bad Reichenhall.

Location: The workshop will take place online. The log-in data will be communicated to registered participants in due time.

Workshop description:

Instrumental stress management

* approach to coping with stressorsself-management (time management, learning and study management, setting realistic goals, communication, enhancing problem-solving skills,…)
* Cognitive stress management
* changing personal motives, attitudes, mindsets and assessments (changing stress-intensifying thoughts, identifying your "inner drivers", promoting positive self-instruction,…)

Palliative-regenerative stress management

* managing and coping with physical and psychological stress responses (autogenic training, progressive muscle relaxation, breathing exercises, learning to enjoy)

Modules: The workshop is split up into 5 online modules.

IMPORTANT

Once participation has become binding after the signing-out period, cancellation is only possible via the GGNB Office with a) sick certificate, or b) statement by supervisor for scientific reasons. If you do not provide this, you will be excluded from courses for the next 12 months, as well as travel grants and other financial support. No exceptions.

The course is part of admission "GAUSS_GGNB_Skills_WiSe_2023_Sept_Nov".
You can register and sign out for courses in November 2023 from 1-20 September 2023. The slots will be assigned on 25 September 2023.
You can still sign out until 30 September 2023!
Your participation becomes binding on 1 October 2023.
